6:00 - 9:00 Horticulture and Design entries accepted. Each Exhibitor Must sign-in the registration book prior to entry and judging
9:00 - 9:15 Clean up (take supplies to vehicles)
9:15 - 9:30 Judges & Clerks meeting and instructions
9:30 - Judging begins
12:00 - Show opens to public
1:00 - Judges and Clerks lunch
5:00 - Show closes

Sunday:
10:00 - Show opens to public
2:30 - 3:00 Awards Presentation
3:30 - Show closes to public
3:30 - Pick up exhibits (Out of town)
4:00 - Pick up exhibits (Local exhibitors)
4:00 - Clean up show
